Welcome
Hello! My name is Miss Teryn Wineburg and I am thrilled to be joining Amy Daves, Johanna Ortiz and Linda Drake's team.
I will also be working with Mrs. Brooks in Mrs. Chappell and Ms. Kaiktsian's fourth grade classes.
I recently moved to Virginia Beach from Upstate New York, where I graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester with a degree in Sociology and am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Special Education at Regent University.
I will be working with second and fourth grade students in the areas of Language Arts and Mathematics. We are all here with the same goal in mind and that is to help your child reach his or her fullest potential. Not all children learn in the same way, so it is very important to reinforce at home what we are working on in school. Assisting your child with homework can prove to be very beneficial to his or her success.

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a committee of parents, community agency reps, and educators who are concerned with the development of quaility education for students with disabilities. All meetings are open to the public. There is a dignated time at the beginning of each meeting for public comment.
