R.I.P. Band Camp Music Festival took place at The San Diego Mission Bay Boat and Ski Club in PB.  Started in September of 2004, Band Camp Music Festival featured 21 bands on 3 stages outdoors by the bay plus food and full bar.  Tent camping and breakfast the next day with acoustic music from 10 to 2....only $10!  Canceled in 2008 due to issues with the City, we look forward to finding a new home for this family-friendly concert.  See who's played before!  CHECK OUT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE!

THE GAME - Inspired by our friend Jeff Berkley, The Game is a songwriter's get together and everyone is invited.  Each month we give you a title and you write a song to it.  All skill levels and styles are welcome...spectators, too.  Solo or small ensemble (no drum kits or amps, please).  $5 suggested donation for performers and spectators alike, refreshments available for an additional donation.  Questions?  The next GAME is September 13th at The Oasis House Concerts in Sorrento Valley.  The title is All I Know.  Although everyone is welcomed, The Oasis is a private venue so please r.s.v.p. for the address and details.  See you there!

COUCH SESSIONS - Completely interactive, Couch Sessions is a great way to hear your songs through the ears of others.  Bring your unplugged stringed instruments, horns, small percussion toys (no hand drums, please) and voices.  Play along with featured acts or book a featured spot and hear others playing along to your songs.  All ages and spectators are welcomed.  The next event takes place sometime soon, stay tuned for more details.  All ages, $5 cover, you MUST R.S.V.P. to participate or spectate!  Refreshments available.
CHICK CAMP - Sorry guys, you'll have to sit this one out. Chick Camp is a "girls only" camping weekend all about resting, relaxing and hanging out with your sisters.  $20 per person includes camping on Friday and Saturday, water, wood and smores. The next Chick Camp happens October 16th and 17th at Lake Jennings in Lakeside.  There is only room for 35 girls so you'll want to reserve your spot.  Get all the info here.
